I feel extremely violated after this ordeal. The judge has since dropped everything except the felony theft of a commercial vehicle charge. I was ordered to seek counseling and to pay for the cleaning of the interior of the vehicle. Luckily, the state laws clearly define what is sodomy and what they consider lewd acts. The fact remains that objects considered inanimate do not violate the guidelines. This is a major victory for anyone who may enter a similar situation. However, there is a push within my state to rewrite the laws to include said objects.

Frankly all of this trouble was not worth it. I was an innocent man in my opinion. My rights were violated when my neighbor videotaped me without my knowledge engaged in coitus with that truck. I am currently seeking representation to sue him for violating my rights. The DA's office has refused my insistence to charge my neighbor with trespassing for his deviant sexual behavior.
